Sirshwal Foundation is a not-for-profit Section 8 company incorporated on 6 August 2020. From Thanesar, Kurukshetra, it works towards education for those who need it, and towards healthcare, skills and community welfare as set out in its Memorandum of Association.

The work is local and practical: government-school visits, career conversations, book sharing, village outreach and public stalls. This website records only what the Foundation’s documents and photographs can support.

A word from the Director

“Education is not a favour we grant a child. It is the next right step that child should be able to take.”

A single conversation in a school courtyard can change the next ten years of a young life. That is why we go to government schools, sit with students, and talk about what comes after the last exam.

Sirshwal Foundation was formed so that education and literacy would not remain only a line in a document. From Kurukshetra we work where children already are — in classrooms, village gatherings and community rooms — with books, guidance, and the belief that every student deserves a next step.

We do not claim to have finished the work. We claim only to keep showing up, honestly, and within the purpose we wrote down in 2020.

Career Counseling Seminars in Government Schools

The Foundation visited government senior secondary schools — including GSSS Ajrana, Bhusthala, Jhansa, Jyotisar, Lukhi, Thol and Raison — for career counseling seminars. Photographs show meetings with school leadership and sessions with students in classrooms and school courtyards.
